Welcome / Bienvenidos to The Church of the Village
The Church of the Village is dynamic, diverse community and full of spirit. As a Reconciling Congregation within the United Methodist Church, we are committed to being “radically inclusive.” Led by Bishop Alfred Johnson and Pastor Hector Rivera, we offer two Sunday worship services, one primarily in English and one primarily in Spanish, at our beautiful church at the NW corner of 13th Street and 7th Avenue.
Dynamic, Diverse and Full of Spirit
We are big believers in both thoughtful prayer and active missionary, with the understanding that it’s not enough to reflect on God’s will. We must do something about it. To that end, we
Experience the message, the music, the inclusiveness, and the unique spirit. There’s a place for you right here.
